1. Introduction & Scope of Agreement

Users may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to a recognised arbitration body or a court of competent jurisdiction. Users agree not to initiate any class action against rajampo.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, only that provision shall be void, while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
